Started off professional. Identify the leak and fixed the leak, shower unit and resealed the bath with new sealant. However, left a hole in my ceiling where the trace was and did not communicate well on when they were coming to repatch it. The sealant job was rushed and untidy but the shower unit was fixed nicely.
